A slow stretch was created as a way to ease into the physical practice. Whether you have never practiced, you have tried a few classes or you just want a good stretch that leaves you feeling grounded and relaxed this is where you may want to start.

A GENTLE TWIST

A gentle twist is all about wringing out the stress and tension to make room for tranquility and serenity.

This practice will introduce how to carefully add twists into your practice to also improve your posture so that you feel confident.

AN OPEN HEART

In order to truly facilitate change you must start with yourself. Having an open heart allows you to see the beauty not just in others but in yourself. You will learn

how to open your heart in 360 degrees to let your radiance shine.

A SYNCHRONIZED SOUL

This practice will take bits and pieces from each of the videos to create a flow that brings all the elements of the previous three practices so that you feel absolutely amazing inside and out.

MEDITATION

This meditation is teaching you to take leadership of your practice. There will be some gentle guidance and cuing to breathe and be mindful of that breath. This practice will be much less talking and more spaces of emptiness to navigate.

OBJECT OR MANTRA MEDITATION

Throughout this practice you will simply be reminded to visualize or focus on your object or mantra of choice. This meditation teaches you how to get very clear and intentional with where you focus your attention so that your authentic self can shine though.
